Group 74 is an alternate name for the group known as APT28

Group 74 is an advanced persistent threat (APT) that has been active since at least 2013 and was discovered in late 2019 by researchers from FireEye, a cybersecurity company. The group targets government agencies, military organizations, defense contractors, telecommunications companies, financial institutions, and other high-value targets. They have been linked to several attacks on critical infrastructure such as power plants in the United States and Europe.
